Great item, good thickness but watch the weight of the band when purchasing. I couldn’t do many exercises with this because it was just too heavy.

This single band was a replacement for the 1 (which I got as a 3pce set) which was stolen from the gym.. had the band for handful of months now. No wear & tear. I recommend it for “band newbies” . Excellent value for money. Nice & think. Non slip
