My body likes these whether or not I have had a meal. No stomach upset or nausea. Big plus***The bottle states up to 3 a day which is required to get the mgprinted on the label. I usually only take two.I am new to this supplement and several others so I am not able to comment on effectiveness. Price point is fair and I will update as needed.

This product is full of good ingredients. The pills are easy to swallow. I suffer with gastroparesis and am hoping it will work for me. I am almost done with my first bottle. It helps to calm my stomach, but so far it is not a miracle pill. I still suffer with the same constipation problems and digestive issues as before. However, I am willing to try another bottle to see if it helps. Moreover, I bought some tea for my friend who had cancer when I bought my tea. She was in her last stages when she took it. It did not help her at all. She has passed on and I am still trying it out.
