I let customer service know and they helped me contacted me each time very friendly & they went out there way to send a replacement for free & a scarf which was nice. I love this sleep bonnet!!! I wear my hair in twist and the normal sleep bonets are too tight and small but not this bonnet. It’s extra large and extremely soft. The extra thick band is not binding and doesn’t leave the nasty imprint on your forehead like some other sleep bonnets. It stays on all night keeps your hair soft and manageable for the morning. I will definitely be ordering a few more!!!

It’s big enough to hold ALL my hair and I did wake up without extra frizz or tangles.It’s pretty snug, but not too tight. My migraines get triggered pretty easily and this did not trigger one, nor did it leave any kind of mark on my forehead. It did not come off at night, but it did slip down my face, I had to move it up and off of my brows a couple times. I would not use this every night, just when my hair is freshly styled.It was not very comfortable to sleep in for me though, I could feel it across my head and though it wasn’t squeezing me, I just don’t like feeling it. I may stick to scarves and only use this for a few days at a time after wash-n-go’s

This cap is fantastic. My daughter has extra long braids that go down to her butt and every single braid fits in the cap with ease. She's had them for over 2 months now and the cap hasn't stretched out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a lot of hair.

My daughter has lower-back length cornrows. It was impossible to care for them at night before I found this sleep cap. Cotton dries out the hair and makes it frizzy, but this (I think it's silk or satin?) leaves her braids looking as good as they did when she walked out of the salon. Fitting all of them inside the cap isn't a problem, and it stays on all night. I'm really happy with this purchase. It's allowed her braids to stay good looking even after 6 weeks!

I have hip-length, thick, 3B hair, and have been trying DevaCurl/Curly Girl natural method for a month. It was important for me to contain and protect my curls at night, but no other cap fits or stays on my mountain of hair. This absolutely does the job, and stays in place. Bought the two-pack so I have one for overnight conditioning treatment as well. Be careful with that, it’s not waterproof and the dye will run/stain your pillows. But I’m leaving a microfiber towel down at those times and all is well. Worthwhile purchase!

If I have extremely long hair or lox’s this is a must. It does lint up after a wash but it does it purpose n keep your hair lint free n soft.
