Some parts we buy from near by store. And also from filter water is leaking. We put the product in bin waste of money

Leaking of water in this unit
I would like to bring notice to Eco Crystal regarding the unit . I have installed the unit and it is working perfectly, but initially the water was leaking from the unit. I have tried all short of possibilities to stop it but I could not. Finally I have replaced the original rubber sleeve by thicker sleeve then only the water stopped.Therefore i request to Eco Crystal to look into the small problem, but it is important to provide the thinker sleeve to seal the leakage of water. otherwise this product is excellent .

Missing some items in the Eco Crystal box.
The media could not be loaded. One big size screw and four small screws are missing in the box itself. So, installation hampers.

The media could not be loaded. The product is good but, it should come with connectors. Now Eco Crystal is also supplying it's cartridges online. As soon as the one inside plastic bowl goes dirty, one may change the cartridge.

Water leakage problem at both in and outlet.Not converting hard water in to soft.

Water is leaking from here and there even after tightening and patching.My previous filter from another company does better and cost lesser.
