139221 Replacement Liquid Soap Dispenser Pump, Pump Only

My original pump top straw was 0.2935" outer diameter. This one is much wider. Luckily the walls of the top tube is pretty thick and thus it can be reduced to fit my original head. It seems the design has been changed over the years. The rest of the pump fits well (e.g. where the pump rests in the cup).

First contacted Moen for a replacement pump, after waiting for over a week, instead of a pump,they sent an entire under mount unit that did not fit my dispenser .... pump component didn't fit (the bottom was too big to fit down inside) and it came with a new long black plastic connector to replace the entire thing.... problem is my unit is a single metal piece that doesn't unscrew from the top piece. This is the simple pump I needed. Should have saved time and just ordered from here to start with. Ordered two to have a spare!

The product pump works just fine, but not with the Moen 3910. Amazon should remove any reference that it will work with that Moen model.I've tried calling Moen service and can't get through. Terrible, terrible service experience.Amazon did provide refund, but I had to drive ten mile round trip to return it. Not good experience.

Identical to the one in my 15 year old Moen Camerist kitchen soap dispenser.Interestingly, the fat round collar on the original and new one are slightly loose in the bore. This lets the pump top rock back and forth slightly, which explains why the top of the plastic stem tends to break off. I'm going to modify mine with some teflon tape to create a more secure seal where it fits into the sleeve in the counter.

I was hoping this part would work, but it doesn’t fit our moen soap dispenser that was installed in 2014. Ours has clear plastic at the top and it is narrower than this one. I called moen, and the representative told me that this model is for soap dispensers manufactured around 2003.

This was an exact replacement for the pump that quit working on my Moen kitchen soap dispenser. However, it must have been redesigned internally because it doesn't "recharge" as fast as the old one between strokes of the pump head. Until it quit working, the old pump would play out a wad of detergent on each rapid push of the pump head. The new one delivers a wad of detergent on the first stroke, but strokes in rapid succession only produce a trickle. You have to wait a moment between strokes to get a full flow of detergent. But it's not a problem, so it's fine.

It was a very nice pump, but it did not fit. I returned it at Kohl’s which was really easy and a pleasant surprise. I don’t think the pump I needed is available, so I bought and installed a new pump, bottle and handle.

It fit the soap pump we brought from Amazon. It really bug me, we paid $33 for the soap pump and this tube and the bottle did not come with it. I should have go to Lowe and they have the whole thing, pump, bottle and the tube altogether for less than $30. I should have return the soap pump. What a rip off.
