This product is not user-friendly the cursor does not work correctly voice recognition does not work with the television very dissatisfied I would say that 1 fifth of the things needed for this remote is all that works

Good remote just to many buttons for my taste. Had to buy it because I broke the original.

As I'm writing this review, it looks like the description has been updated. This is not a universal remote and my fault for not catching that in the description. I searched Amazon for a universal remote and this pulled up. I do have an LG that uses a magic remote, but mine works fine, so I didn't need this one. I'm giving it 3 stars because it was a hassle and it's not fair for me to judge something I didn't try using for what it's meant to be used for.

I usually don't write reviews but this remote was annoying to use... The middle scroll button seems like a great idea, but the scroll moves too easily, so you end up scrolling on accident when you push it in to select options. Small problem, the volume buttons are in a shape of a minus and plus, the minus button can be hard to press. I don't know if this is just my particular remote, but the battery lid on the back comes off way too easily and can come off when pressing some buttons.

The magic tracking ball/wheel or enter button does not work, therefore the control is useless
