This item is very well made. It holds a lot of files, and I feel my important documents are safe if we should have to evacuate quickly due to a storm. It would be easy to grab and not miss anything important.

It's what you expect. No build quality issues. The outside coating is a bit rubbery in that sticky kind of way, though.

The only thing I didn't like is the bottom of the file inside there's a small space between the accordion fold where smaller things I have such as certain business cards fall through a bit and go into the next compartment/section/file. Otherwise papers fit perfectly and are kept very neat. The zipper is slightly larger than a normal zipper making it easier to open which I appreciate. Color and material is nice, definitely seems weather proof from current observations but have not tested for accuracy. Plenty of room and good amount of storage. Definitely like this folder apart from the small inconvenience of the bottom portion. I can understand if that part was left with a slight opening to allow more storage and use less material but I would have liked to keep business cards and small papers in as well without them mixing.

Perfect to protect vital documents and well made

I use this to store our important documents (i.e. marriage certificate, passports, vet records for our pets, etc.) and it’s perfect. I love that it has so many tabs to keep things organized. I was able to take my bulky tub of random papers and reduce it to a compact, easy to navigate system. Can’t speak to the durability yet, but it seems sturdy enough.

I keep my current medication, test(s) and procedures etc. in this portfolio folder so that when I see different doctors and they want to know about such things I don't have to recollect just hand them the information that they can then copy for their files on me. It's altogether and if dropped you don't have to worry about losing papers. Also it is divided for easier retrieval of documents.

Durability, great. Things to keep from fire? Not sure yet. Trust is there. I bought this to keep documents safe in my home, got short on luck with trying to fit Manila envelopes or tax information in the said item. Also, i will be keeping this without replacing it when a new one because yeah, like I said, it works if you work it.

Just what I need for my documents very roomy I like the texture of the exterior and the color very recommend.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my son who travels for work and needed something to carry important papers while travelling. He loved it and fits in his suitcase yet big enough to carry all his papers perfectly and other work related items. The fact it’s water and fireproof is a plus. Would recommend this case for all occasions but for travelling it’s not as bulky as a briefcase. Love it!!!
