1.Before first use, wash ccokware with soap and warm water. Then dry. 2.As with most fine cookware HexClad Hybrid cookware should be seasoned before first use. Heat pan to medium-low and spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil around the interior of the pan. Leave on heat for 1-2 minutes. Then you are ready to cook. Over the first few woeks of use your HexClad Hybrid cookware will perform better and better as it re-seasons itself. 3. Most recipes recommend preheating a pan before use. To preheat, place the pan on stove using low-medium heat. After one or two minutes, sprinkle a few drops of water on the surface of the pan. If the water sizzles and forms tiny droplets, the pan is ready for cooking. it the water evaporates immediately, cool pan slightly. 4.When cooking eggs, especially egg whites, please use a small amount of butter, oil or spray olive oil. As eggs are one of the stickiest substances this will allow for the egg to release from the pan. 5.Though high heat can be used, low or medium heat is recommended to prevent food from burning. As with any new cookware there will be a slight learning curve, therefore it is safer to start cooking at a lower temperature... You can always raise it later. 6.HexClad Hybrid cookware is dishwasher safe! It is a hybrid pan, which will provide easier cleanup, both inside and out, when compared to traditional stainless steel cookware. 7.HexClad Hybrid cookware is oven safe up to 500°F. Warning: please use potholders when removing cookware from oven. 8.Metal utensils can be used. 9.Avoid overheating the cookware.

non stick wok sticks as much as any other pan.
bought this due to the advertising showing non stick ability. Turns out it is a gimmick... The wok sticks as much as any other pan! Their advertising shows how an egg doesn’t stick and can blow it off with breath of air. So fake! Eggs just stick to pan and have to pry it off!This is definitely not worth the high price.

Absolutely defective!
It is not nonstick. I only used once, the coating started to fade, and most part inside turn to brown, it is very hard to clean. Poor coating! It is horrible! Disappointed!

I used it to fried noodle and cook steaks, is all sticks !!!!

Disappointing...
Please note. This is NOT non-stick. Despite applying PAM/oil, frying eggs or frying rice... It all sticks. Quite disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.

Handle grip is slippery. I love this pan so much I bound the handle with tape. Now it’s much better.
