Do not use on Samsung glass stovetop
I loved the pan. I love using metal utensils. It cleaned easily. So what’s wrong? Although it’s supposed to be safe for glass stove tops, it scratched my brand new Samsung glass stovetop. It might be a combination of factors but the skillet is not compatible with the Samsung glass stovetop. Maybe it would work with another brand stovetop? ...and yes I followed all recommendations such as not sliding the skillet across the stovetop. It breaks my heart that I’ve damaged my one week old stovetop.i gave the pan to my son who has a gas stovetop. I’m sure he will love it.

Out lasted our last few nonstick pans
So far it is as advertised. We use it two times a day pretty much. Make eggs every morning. Gotta use sooking spray for eggs for sure but other than that it is as advertised so far. We are about 6 mos in. Most of our other pans started to show the wear and tear at this point.

Cooks like stainless, cleans like non-stick
I bought the 7-piece set at Costco about two months ago and wanted to really put the 12" pan through heavy use before leaving a review. The first thing I need to mention is that these pans are just gorgeous pieces of equipment in my kitchen. Their eye-catching design nets complements from all of my guests, and it's always a pleasure to whip them out for a meal. It's also fascinating to me to watch water bead on the hexagons when I wash them. The first meal I made with my new pan was a New York steak, and these pans will sear just as well as a grill or cast iron pan does. Wonderfully crispy, and after a few minutes in the oven, perfectly juicy.I've also made stir fries and rice dishes, scraping the pan with metal utensils to test durability. I have yet to see any damage, so their advertising was quite accurate with those claims. I also have yet to see any discoloration. Only time will tell if it will warp like the $20 sauté pan I've been using for the past six years.I've also successfully recreated the "egg" trick from their promotional videos and demonstrations, though not on the first attempt. It's a gimmicky thing to do, but that didn't make it any less fun when I succeeded.I've also found that, contrary to what I initially believed, these are not non-stick pans that cook like stainless; they're stainless pans that clean like non-stick. Food will still stick to the pan if you let it sit for too long, but I haven't run into anything so stubborn that steel wool was necessary.I think the price is pretty high for what you get out of it. I could get the same performance from other stainless steel or cast iron pans, which can be much cheaper. These pans won't make you a better chef, but they are beautiful and add pizzazz, and are very easy to clean. Still, I'm happy overall with my purchase.

non-stick
The pan is not as non-stick as it claims, so far I've used it only 3x so hopefully it will get better with use.

Would recommend! Update: Would not recommend.
Only used about a month, but finally a pan we love! Browns nicely, cooks like stainless but with non-stick, metal utensils don't cause any damage, dishwasher safe, etc. Best pan we've had in 24 years.Update as of 4/23/21:Stopped using this pan a few months ago. Non-stick is completely sticky, heat is uneven, it's trash now. Searching for a new brand.

Great Pan
This pan is awesome. Cooks evenly, easy to clean by far the best I’ve ever used. As for the non-stick, I still use oil or butter and it works great. The pen is made very well extremely tough but also beautiful

Not as non-stick as purported.
I should have paid attention to the reviews. While the pan does spread the heat evenly throughout the pan, it is not as non-stick as purported.
