Just about right
I gave it a try... This sauce maker's aim was to make a delicious sauce, not just add heat to it. I enjoy it to compliment my food, not overpowering. I don't enjoy it when it feels like I am eating a mouth full of bumblebees. This has a place in my kitchen.

A staple in our home
This mild sauce may not bring a lot of heat, but it definitely brings the flavor! It’s a really nice quality sauce with just the right amount of kick. My boyfriend is obsessed. This sauce and the green Tabasco are the only sauces he’ll use, and this one is hands-down his favorite. He even convinced me to try it mixed into cottage cheese as a dip for Triscuits or Wheat Thins, and I have to admit, it’s surprisingly good! Creamy, a little tangy, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. The only downside is that it’s hard to find in local stores, so I was thrilled to come across it here. I’ve already added it to my auto-ship list because we go through it that fast. If you’re looking for a dependable, flavorful mild sauce that even picky sauce lovers swear by, this one’s a winner!

I am not a fan of spicy sauce this hot sauce is rather mild so it suites my taste if you like it really spicy then this is not the sauce for you. It is not on Amazon fresh so delivery will take time.
