So far I have been very pleased with the results. I have been taking this supplement for my knee pain almost over three months. Pain is almost gone. I also take additional supplements; Boswellia Extract one capsule a day, two capsules of Hyaluronic Acid with Biocell Collagen & MSM and two capsules of Pipping Rock's Standardized CurcuminAdvanced Complex 2000MG. I have no idea which one of these are more effective. Everyone's body reacts differently.Like lots of people who suffer with knee pain, I have tried so many different supplements for the knee pain. Some of them were helpful and most of them were just waste of money as well as fake reviews.Here's my message to those people who suffer with the knee pain and discomfort please do not give up. Keep trying and you might be able to find something that will be helpful. Make sure you buy a quality supplements made in USA. Good Luck

For me, it works
Have a torn meniscus, probably not a really bad one. But I started to take this pharmaceutical grade Cosamin and found that within 3 weeks it was incredibly improved. That was several years ago and I still am without pain and have not had it surgically repaired. Now I am afraid to be without it.
