At first, I thought these looked a little odd.... but I have a very hard time keeping my hair up in a bun. I'm 70 years old and my hair ain't what it used to be.....thinner and wispier. But, I really needed something so decided to try these out. Well..... THEY WORK GREAT! I only have to re-do them about ever y 3 days. Can even sleep with it in (of course it has to be placed closer to the top of your head as opposed to the back.) I've been using the first one in the pack for about 3 months now and it shows no evidence of impending death.

Arrived on time as expected. Love the look of it. I didn't notice initially but when I decided to wear one of the other colors there is a crack at the top of it. So I inspected the others. There was one other that has a small crack on it. I however am still able to use it. My hair is really long. It is almost to my thighs. It is not as thick but when putting it up in a bun the clip is not able to be flushed to my head. I still wear it as the clip does stay on and does the job of keeping my hair up when I need to or want to put it up. It does stay up for the whole day.

Medium was smaller than I expected but they hold my hair just fine. They're comfortable and easy to use. Good quality. I recommend them!

I received my package with a clip already broken. I used the other 5 and moved on. But the cage is very flimsy and breaks quite easily. As of now, I only have 4 usable clips.

When package arrived at my house opened it up to broken bun clips. They need to find another way to send. They use like a paper sack packaging. I had si.e before that I loved but they broke cause I slept in them. The pressure on the plastic breaks them. So I am sure being as no where on packaging said breakable something heavy was put on it and broke them before I even had a chance to wear them. I was not amused. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

My hair is long but thinning so I'm always looking for something to make it look good. I ordered this set of bun clamps with a bit of trepidation because of the cost and the number of pieces. It was a bit expensive for an experiment but they looked too intriguing not to try them. They work great! I make a pony tail laid into one of the invisible hairnets to control any hair trying to stick out. The net also lets the hair unfurl inside the bun cover. I like to slip the comb part under the hair in the back. It stays and is secure until I want to pull it out. I have ordered another set of the mixed colors. That is my only complaint. Instead of six tortoise or six black maybe a set of two each of black, tortoise and white. Then at least there would be some variety instead of six of the same color. That's the only reason I dropped a star.Update: I've been using these bun clips for almost three years at this point. I've given the star back because I don't care about the color issue any more. I wear these in the pool when I do water fitness 4x a week. They work perfect. And in all this time I've only broken one of them. Great product.

ALL DAY! -I actually fell asleep with one (unintentionally) still in my hair while reading one night in bed and it stayed put until I woke hours later and removed it! I wasn't sure of the size. I have fine wavy hair, but a lot of it and it reaches to just above my collarbone. I purchased 2 different bun maker cover styles, one in a large size (Classic Round) and this style in medium size. The medium size works for a half hair up bun/half hair down, or for twisted up hair holding only the ends inside the bun for a type of modified French Twist; the large holds all my hair up in a bun. These clips are very strong and the overall plastic is quite sturdy. I expect them to last for quite some time. Buying them in this pkg provides me with back-ups, one to slip in my purse for use as needed, and a couple to share! Great product at a great price. Arrived promptly. I am very happy with my purchase.
