Ultimate Support -- JS-HG102 JamStands Series -- Double Hanging-Style Guitar Stand I've Have Two Guitars, And this is great, My two Guitar Hanging there, One of them is a Randy Rhoads Flying V Guitar. That Guitar Doesn't have a Rounded Bottom on it to be stand up in a regular guitar Stand, And I had one Regular Guitar, So I bought the Double Hanging Guitar Stand, I'm Real Happy ! ! !

This is exactly what I was looking for. The legs fold out and the bars that hold the neck and place where the base of the guitar sits are both padded. It also has a little bar that opens and then closes over the neck of the guitar to hold it in place, which you can't see in the visual and is a nice add. The only issue is, that little bar is plastic and arrived broken. The box looked like it had been previously opened - like someone had returned it - but I'm too lazy to send it back.

The hangers are too wide for a Telecaster headstock.

The stand has a channel to keep it aligned and a plastic bushing that it slides in. The retaining screw deforms the bushing into the channel making it difficult to to collapse the stand. Turning the top part around 180 degrees stops this problem. I love the stand. Way easier to swap guitars during the show. Sturdy enough for a six string and a twelve string. Can't beat the price.

About the only thing you'd want to hang from this is an air guitar. If you are a bass player, definitely pass on this. First of all, the upper section has to be high enough to actually hang the bass, and at that height, the upper/lower joint is really flimsy. The adjustment is just a simple set screw threaded through the lower section which bites into a crimped V shape in the upper section. At guitar height, it might be merely OK, but not at sufficient height for standard 34" scale basses.Next, is the balance issue. It might be sturdy with two basses on it, but take one off, and it is wildly off balance. In fact, it won't stand up with one of my two 5 string basses on it (around 10.5lbs). And this is the real deal breaker. Forget using it when gigging with two instruments - or just practicing and wanting to switch between instruments. Absolutely a no go- the slightest swing of the bass or nudge and the thing is going over, guaranteed. The legs are just too short, and the whole thing is just too flimsy. This is beyond design flaw, this is just plain insulting.This thing is really cheaply made. I probably should have expected it given the price point, but I guess I just expected much better from Ultimate Support. Construction quality of this is on par with the cheapest stands. I could live with cheaply made if it weren't so thoroughly flawed. About the only nice thing I can say about it is, it showed up. In other words, it's junk and it's going back.

To store guitars for instant use in a compact space- this works great!

The stability of this stand for my electric Stevie Ray Vaughan strat Albert Lee guitars was not what I had wanted because the bottom bar was not adequate for my electric guitars.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish! As usual no problem with Amazon's customer service, but this is not fit for purpose. The legs are not big enough to hold the weight safely when only one guitar is in the stand, so it topples over onto it's side. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely shoddy with bits missing and rusty - would have offered no protection whatsoever to a guitar !

Le suppôt paraît fragile. Très déçu.Je l'ai acheté pour mes basses, je m'en suis débarrassé de suite.Il faut mieux mettre plus cher et prendre un Hercule.
