I use this product, Jetec 24 Pieces Charger Cable Saver, to protect my Apple lightning cords and also the charging cord for an expensive set of gaming headphones. It is literally a life changer for me. I am very rough on my cords and was always constantly destroying them, putting off replacing them and having to deal with frayed cords, even a few electrical shocks (yeah, I know) on occasion. These tiny, cheap little plastic thingies have made all of that go away.Since buying this product and applying it to all my charging cords, I have had only one cord die on me...and it's the one which gets the worst wear. And the place the cord failed was not the one this product protects. The tiny tab-like contact piece that slides into my phone for charging snapped out, instead. So yes, 100% success rate for this product in protecting the cord joint they are intended to protect. Yay. Also, added plus, I like the colors of the cable savers, I can either make them blend in or stand out so I can grab them quickly.

I had thought about getting one of those cute animals to guard my cord but they were all for iPhones witch have very thin cables and I'm a Samsung user. I also have some extra heavy cords so I hoped this would be the solution and it was! I love the bright colors as they are easier to find in a plie of charger cables. My most used heavy cord was starting to fray, as it is often used as I am holding the phone and prone to bending. These little gadgets took the stress off the bend, saving the connection. Also when my granddaughter visited, her iPhone charger cord was on its last legs. I gave her a set of these and saved her from a dead phone. Told her to put them on her new cord as soon as she got it to prevent future problems. So these work on most only cable because of the design of the product. I'm very pleased with this product.

These are really nice, but they keep sliding off down the cord! Kind of defeats the purpose if I have to keep pushing it back up to protect the cord! However, If you continue to do so, it works pretty well!

I really liked the idea of saving the cord from fraying, but if it only stayed where you put it. Maybe I do not have it on correctly, it seems to only go on one way. It is very easy to put on.

Glad to have found. Reasonable price, & arrived quickly. We just bought new cables for charging our cellphones, since the others split near the attachment. We're using these on the cables, right near the ends that attach to phones as support to keep them from weakening & splitting. Can also use on your computer charging cables

I don't have apple products so maybe some of the negative reviews are from people who tried to fit them over apple cords. These fit several varieties of cords for me. They are light and sturdy and I found several uses for them immediately. Cord bend right at the connection point is a problem for my hand held massager, my laptops, and my phone charger. They tend to bend and stay at a bad angle that damages them. These were perfect!

I like that there are so many of them. I only needed two, but have found lots more cables to use them with. I have a frayed USB headphone cable. If I turned my head or moved at all the headphone connection to my Mac would be cut off. I would then needed to un-plug/plug them back in to get them to work. These cable-savers have eliminated the problem!Also, I like to sit my iPhone upright in the cup holder of my car. This make it so I can see the screen for directions, but has frayed my lighting cable. This product has fixed that situation too. They take a second to figure out how to put them on. Basically you attach the top and then twist the rest over the cable. I love this useful product!

Happy with the variety of colors and easy to use

It only works for the cell phone charger, not the computer charger. You had to twist it to put it on which was kind of annoying.
