We bought the plain stool, made from teak-like hardwood which, I do trust, is sustainably sourced. It is an especially nice little stool, well made, attractive and very strong; it is proving ideal for helping our two-year old grandson reach the loo. We're thinking of getting him another for home.

Sent for this and it was deliverd the next day. I am very impressed by the quality of the stool the size was perfect for using as a plant stand and the finish was good. No "reclaimed timber" here thankfully a good smooth finish which has been stained and polished.Would recommend this item to anyone who is looking for "a small stool"

This arrived bewilderingly quickly - the day after I ordered it, which NEVER happens, given that I live in a Scottish island.I wanted it for my snug, to use as a handy place to put a book or a cup ( or a dram glass). It’s lovely to look at, chunky & rustic, and exactly as the product photo portrays. I’d definitely recommend.
