Absolute game changer for me only got them today, had shower and inserted one, used some Vaginal gel afterwards has worked wonders for my intimate health.. well woth the money for genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) .. definitely better than going down the HRT route..

I have been using this product for around 2 years and would definitely recommend. I only use a third of the suppository at one time as and when it is needed. It is a natural moisturizer and provides instant relief from dryness and discomfort I am impressed!

I would say that these were an essential piece of kit for any post-menopausal woman. Very effective.

I find this product to be better than expected. The ingredients used seem to check out and is feminine friendly. This is my first time purchasing this and already I feel as though it’s going to help with whatever going on with my body. If it’s proved to be effective I will definitely purchasing more in the future. I’ll definitely recommend these to women I know in my life too just in case these are beneficial to them too:)

They’re so amazing and u don’t need a full suppository as just too much when it’s melted and sex is even better. No way near menopausal but getting there . I just use half in the morning and the other half before bed three times a week. They’re so expensive now .

Very soft and good quality

I'm very disappointed. I inserted the product as per instructions but it remained solid. It is really uncomfortable. The suppository is still solid after a whole night and day, over 24hrs. It is worrying and I will make painful attempt to remove it. Cannot have much coconut oil because it would melt at body temperature. Really has caused soreness and irritation. I'm really concerned about what this is made of. Do not recommend!

Have used this product for awhile and am happy with it. Agree with others who recommended they use 1/2 a tab, which for me is effective. Some may prefer a whole tab though.

These work really well to provide relief from dryness and to use alongside lube when being intimate with someone. Only half of one is really needed.

Vitamin E assists with healing and that is what I use this for. Seems to help a bit with radiation burns.

The package was delivered as expected.. I’ve ordered this product several times before. I like it because it is moisturizing and nourishing. Have you many other products of this nature. This is one of my go to product as it relieves dryness. I use this product and combination with my estradiol cream.
