Snugg iPad Pro 11" (2018-1st Gen) Leather Case, Flip Stand Cover - Blackest Black

I don't usually write reviews but feel obligate to comment on my experience with their lifetime warranty. I have several cases from Snugg and B&L very happy with them. After having this case on my iPad pro (11") since it was released it has worked great until the plastic case that is holding the iPad cracked. I was going to order another one but figured to give its lifetime warranty a try. Without too much confidence I wrote an email and got a reply on Sunday and received my replacement within a week. What an amazing experience!

Have not just had quality products from them but also excellent customer service when there was an issue. This case is a new cover for my new iPad Pro. It is the same as I had for the past 7 years on my iPad Air 2. Everything is the same except for the flap to hold new iPad pen. I wish there was an option without that as I find it annoying, but nothing I can’t live with. I have seen some people mentioning that the auto on off feature hasn’t worked. From experience, you have to use the case enough to soften it so that is closes easily. It doesn’t take long and works great within a week of my new one. Snugg is my first choice for quality and price. And their customer service is outstanding for the one time I had to contact them.

Snugg makes my favorite cases for the iPad. I had one years ago for a large iPad and then a mini. I waited hoping that Snugg would come through for the new 11" iPad Pro. Although the method of hold the iPad in the case has changed since the earlier models, the design change was probably required because of the Apple Pencil capability, etc. I am thrilled with the new case. It protects the iPad, hold the pencil, and, when open, has a hand strap to hold the iPad securely while I use it for presentations.Downgraded after 3 months use. Leather pealing on one side with careful use. Wondering if I got a lemon or if the manufacturing process has changed since my last Snugg case.

I've used these Snugg covers thru probably 5 or 6 different iPads. I can't use anything else. You get several different viewing options. You get great protection. The pebbly surface is perfect for a good grip. It does add a little bit of thickness, but is well worth that. The only thing I'd ask for is maybe a couple of small pockets for cards or something.

Highly recommend this case: it’s good looking, well priced, and seems more durable than many other cases— even an older Snugg model that I had on an earlier generation iPad for years.

Cover doesn’t seem to close completely and the iPad turns on and off when you are carrying it. After about 6 months one of the plastic corners that hold the iPad in its case broke ok. Been going without one for a couple months now. Poor quality

My husband received a new iPad and loved his Snugg cover for his old one...so, history repeats itself and he is very happy

I have had a Snugg cover for my old iPad for seven years, so I had no hesitation in buying a new one for my new iPad Pro 11. The quality is amazing, and obviously durable. On this one, in case you want to use a magnetic Apple Pen there is a flap on the cover to hold it in place. Just one thing; the strap on the inside cover is raised, and so the cover doesn't sit flat to the edges of the iPad when closed. However, the iPad still clicks off. Overall, a very good product for the protection of a very important piece of equipment.

Ich schreibe normalerweise immer längere, ausführlichere Rezessionen.Hier halte ich mich kurz:Endlich gibt es wieder was gescheites von Snugg, nachdem die Hülle für das 10.5er iPad der größte Murks war.Ich dachte schon, Snugg sei vom Markt verschwunden und bankrott gegangen durch die miserable Qualität.ABER, ZUM GLÜCK NICHT!Snugg greift mit der Hülle für das 11er iPad wieder an - und der Angriff ist gelungen!Meines Erachtens nach die beste Hülle für das 11er iPad, die es derzeit auf dem Hüllenmarkt (sowieso sehr spärlich) gibt (Stand 16.12.18).Hier passt alles! Verarbeitung top, Qualität top! Kann ich beruhigt mit diesen Worten weiterempfehlen!Und ich bin sehr knauserisch, was Hüllen für das iPad angehen....Daumen hoch! 👍🏻

Initially I liked the case however a number of issues came up with use. The case is overly heavy and the retaining magnets for the front cover not strong enough and the on off functionality is not reliable. The Hand holder strap interferes with shutting the cover too. The real problem is the plastic retaining clips are flimsy and easily break rendering the case useless.

Had SNUGG case before on previous ipad, well made, lasted well did the job so bought another
