Q: Would this product survive on 24 volts?

These are rated for 12 volts. So I thinks they would burn out quickly! I would put an "in-line" resistor dropping the voltage from 24 volts to 12 volts.

Q: I see these are 12v I want to use them in Halloween lighting and use 12v ac adapter and was wondering what amp output to use?

I am not sure what amp amount to use. I tried them on a 12 Volt adapter, and they worked for me. I guess the AMP output of a 12V car battery varies. I have use regular 12V DC LED car lights with a 12V adapter to make decorative home display lights, and it works. Hope this helps.

Q: How bright are these lights?

They are bright, as in they show up bright like a clearance light. They don’t really broadcast light like a headlight. I have mine in a grill and the whole thing is smoked so they look like a button in the day time but the Amber shines through bright at night.
