This is a great product to keep the hot tub filter clean. We have two filters and switch them back and forth each time needed if the filter is dirty. I do like this product for self care of the hot tub

Noticeable improvement -
While I cannot say if the cleaner appearance of the filter means that it functions better it is whiter and brighter since I used this. There is a fairly strong odor so you'll want to be in a well ventilated area. Seems to do the job.

Great cleaner!
This is a great cleaner for Pool Filters , boats, grills and grill grates. If you play in your backyard and need a cleaner for most of your backyard toys and outdoor furniture this stuff works great. It did stain an older outdoor cushion so maybe try to use this product in a small inconspicuous spot before going all in, especially fabrics or vinyl outdoor gear.

Worked great on my DE filter
I have a Hayward DE "BUMP" filter. Every 2 years or so the pressure builds up to the point where bumping it just doesnt drop the pressure anymore. This is the first time I used this product and was surprised how well it worked considering the price. And I have enough left over for 1 or 2 more cleanings.

Cleans well
Seems to clean my pool filters very well. Much better than just the water hose. Also has a nice citrus scent
