I use it all the time to take the edge and stiffness out after waking up and moving around all day.

It takes the pain right away n l didn’t like that it burns my skin.

It sucked

I had been working in the garage on some shelving, and went to bed very sore. I woke up at 3 a.m. and found a new bottle of Icy Hot No Mess...I've used both BioFreeze and Icy Hot in the past with no problem. I put it on my forearms and the backs of my hands and went back to bed. About an hour later, I woke up in EXCRUCIATING pain. It was as if I had used capsaicin, but Icy Hot NEVER has capsaicin in it, which is why I buy their product. I checked the label, and it said the "active ingredient" was menthol. My arms were burning, but eventually I went back to sleep.That morning I woke up and my arms and hands burned even worse. When I started working in the driveway in the sun (about 85°F out), I felt like I was getting a VERY SEVERE SUNBURN. I went into the shade, but it still burned. I found the bottle and checked again, and sure enough, there is CAPSAICIN in the FREAKIN' INACTIVE INGREDIENT LIST!!! And it says you might feel a "slight" burning sensation that will go away IN A FEW DAYS??? I hate you people! I literally had to stop working on my project for TWO DAYS because I couldn't stand the excruciating burning pain!Icy Hot, if I wanted a capsaicin product, I would have purchased another brand with capsaicin! I will NEVER trust your products again, and I'm going back to BioFreeze.Buyer BEWARE.
