This table set is exactly what I needed for a small space. The design is modern and clean, and it fits beautifully in my kitchen nook. It was easy to assemble, and all the parts were well-packaged. The wood finish looks more expensive than it is, and the chairs are comfortable for everyday use. Perfect for apartments, breakfast corners, or even a home office setup. Highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable and attractive furniture!

Overview:The world has turned weird, and many of us are looking for ways to turn a small nook into an impromptu desk. Early on all desks were sold out, and I knew I didn't NEED a desk, just a small tall table. This hit the mark, fitting into a corner, the dark wood looking classy with the shiny top. Coffee stains wipe right off, I do expect that the edges will eventually start to chip ( I'm seeing that where my right wrist tends to sit to both type and use the mouse this is starting after about 3-4 weeks of 9-5 M-F usage). I will cover the edges either with washi-tape or contact paper when the time comes.Building!Caveat: I didn't build the chairs! The table went together like a breeze. I had a second person, but it only helped with the speed, it certainly wasn't necessary, and took no time, 20 minutes? to put together. The parts were packaged thoughtfully, and the instructions quite frankly were not only helpful, but downright funny.Sturdiness:I've got this set up with a full (laptop) desk set up, it wiggles only as much as a table would if you push on it. It's firm while typing or working on it.

I love this table set it’s exactly what I wanted. The chairs are very comfortable and elegant.The top part of the table is a bit darker than the pictures but it goes well with my floors. It also had a small dent on the top part of the table, you have to look close to notice it. It is a beautiful piece, highly recommend it.

I wanted to give 5 stars but, although it’s a beautiful looking table, the table is wobbly, the stool screws not the best stability. I wished for a tad better engineering. For the price, it’s not bad. The table is bigger than I thought. Assembly was at first intimidating but I had a little help.Looks great in my small kitchen.***Update***I needed to edit my review to a 5 star. My error, I put the table together and I’m embarrassed to admit I put the legs on wrong. I corrected it and it now is perfect!! No wobbling at all!!!

Table and stools arrived on time and were well packaged including all styrofoam inserts and all hardware. The chairs are quick and easy to assemble if you are very careful threading the screws in place. I would recommend replacing the rubbery pads at the bottom of the stool legs with felt ones. I would hate for anyone to get a grip of the ground and destroy the stool as it’s sturdiness doesn’t look very promising. As for the table, the hardware is cheap and you will ruin hex shaped heads and the included wrench tool on assembly. DO NOT use power tools I can’t imagine the damage that could done with the included screws. Overall table and two stools took approximately and hour to complete while being very delicate. The table finish looks mediocre from a distance. The top of the table is a very cheap finish and to top it off mine arrived damaged. Table and stool set should be priced at around $100usd rather then the $250 it’s listed for. Take your money elsewhere I would not recommend.

This set is very sturdy and looks much more expensive than it was. Assembly was fairly easy for someone like me who usually has trouble. The stools fit under the table which is nice for small spaces. I love this set and would definitely recommend.

I really wanted to 100% love this table but there are a few issues I ran into. First the bottom edging of the table it rough...so rough that if you are wearing shorts it will scratch your leg. I just took a piece of sandpaper to the bottom edge and it is smoother now. Second the stools. I love the stools but the screw holes for the foot rest are not lined up correctly with makes you screw in off track or not at all. One of the bars did have a crack. Only option is return if anything is damaged so go through everything before assembly. I know this isn't a lot for a table set but to some it is and would expect quality.I'm keeping it even with these issues and they were fixable and honestly it fits perfectly in my small kitchen.

I was excited to receive my Nathan James Viktor set and couldn’t wait to unbox it. After putting it together (which was easy, with all the pieces being available) I noticed slight imperfections to the table top. I was disappointed because the table looked perfect except for the slight piling of the tabletop. I immediately contacted the company (not Amazon) and the service rep was so helpful and polite. My problem was not only resolved easily/speedy but I was allowed to keep my old set for extra pieces. So there was no hassle of re-shipping to do and my second set was delivered fast. The company also sent me a thank you with a box of chocolates, hands down the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The set itself adds a sense of luxury to my small living room and goes well with my velvet, blue, sofa. The cushioned bar stool are easy on the lower back and hips and the fabric keeps you cool. The table’s legs are sturdy which lets me know this table will last if cared for properly. I’d recommend this set to anyone who has a small space but still desire an eloquent looks without breaking the bank or crowding the room.
