I use the ball to help prevent blockages in my stomach. it loosens the adhesions in the intestines, which prevents blockages. Once the symptoms of a blockage begin to occur, I use the ball , laying flat on it, and moving back and forth, up and down until symptoms begin to dissipate. It is the same technique that is used by physical therapists. I have prevented a trip to the ER twice. I hope this information will help those who have blockages.2 balls last approximately a year. A straw comes with the ball to blow it up, but I find using a bicycle pump works better. Less work.

Just got it today. Near as I can tell, it'll work. But it should come with some instructions on how to inflate it. And yes, I figured it out. Had to look online, after it irritated me when I couldn't get the straw in it because I didn't realize there was a plug to pull first. At least simple, INCLUDED instructions would be nice.

Just okay. Hard to inflate with the tool provided which is a drinking straw like litem

Got these for on-line pilates/core class. I used to use the name brand Bender ones at the gym. I can't tell a difference aside from color and printing. They may not hold up as long, but for this price they are great and they've been going strong for several months so far.

I have a similar, name brand, more expensive therapy ball. I can not tell the difference between that ball and this Myonly Physical Therapy Exercise Balls, Mini Exercise Ball with Pump, Small Bender Ball for Stability, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Deep Tissue Massage, Core Training and Physical Therapy ball. This ball is a great deal.

The size of this ball is just fine, but it does not hold the air. I had to throw it out.

This exercise ball comes with a straw so you can easily inflate it with a few breaths. The closure is an unattached push-in hard plastic plug. I didn't overinflate, as I will be using it under my back for various ab exercises. I tried it briefly and it seemed to offer the proper support. I like the iridescent purple color, too. As far as long-term durability goes, I have my doubts, but I don't anticipate this ball getting heavy use,

Use these to keep pelvis level, advised by PT. Very good quality. I've used it for a few months now and it looks like it'll be around forever. And it comes in a pack of two.

Product came as described. Had 1 straw and one plug that was already in the ball. Pushed the plug out, inserted the straw, and inflation was easy. Put the plug back in and that was it.Would have been nice if there was a small instruction sheet that came with it.Overall, it is a good ball.

I feel great and comfortably relaxed when I put this exercise ball behind my back while sitting on a recliner chair. It helps release my sciatica n chronic pain problem as advertised. Except the smell of the plastic made material was so bad and stink . It gives me headache!!! I wish the seller can advise me as how to get rid of the smell. I am also hoping that after one week, that strong plastic smell will be gone. I will evaluate and edit my reviews later to five stars as needed.

The balls are great, I am a paraplegic and I use the valls to exercise and stretch my neck, placing the ball 3/4 inflated under my neck when I am laying down, the ball supports my head as I turn from side to side giving my neck a good stretch, I do this daily which helps me so much during the day with driving and range of motion.Good quality and very easy to inflate. great to travel with too as you can deflate and it takes up no space at all in your suit case.

I don't know how to inflate it. Please send the missing part. no pump found.Edit: took it to Fitworks and he showed me how to get it going. Now works fine. I needed instructions.

4.5 Stars. These are very nice, strong, easy to inflate and use. However I got one 10” ball and one that looks about 9”. This works out good for me as I can use both for different purposes but might not be great for everyone.
