Not made properly. Very thin and you can feel the 2 hard massagers in the thin pad. Real uncomfortable. It's aggravating it only hums very loud and only for 15 mins. The heat part I only feel towards the bottom of the pad. Ill be sending this back . It's paper that comes with it, doesn't tell brand, give any info to call or a name if you want quick info on it! I'll keep looking till I find another heating pad with a reputable name!

PROS:- Super soft!- Easy to use.- Good fit (though I am a fairly small human, 5'4").- Quick to heat.CONS:- I'm pretty sure this isn't flannel.- Inside the fabric it feels more like a heated blanket than a heating pad. By this I mean, you can totally feel the cords inside.- Vibration limited to shoulder region.- Corded.Bottom line: Highly recommend for sitted situations where maybe a blanket wouldn't be appropriate. However, this item might not be the best if you're expecting something to cuddle up with and lean back on.

I loved the fleece covering it was very comfortable I loved the fact that it was very big that was nice that the roller up around your neck I found very uncomfortable also so. I sent it back it didn't work for me nor my husband.

Super fast shipping. This pad is very comfortable and really relieve fatigue. The massage and heating function will relax your whole body quickly and effectively.

Heart is not dispersed evenly. There are beads are filled in the lining perhaps to weigh it down to keep it in place, however they are useless and VERY uncomfortable if you lean up against anything. The ‘massage’ components up by your shoulder are a fist sized piece of junk that vibrates. It’s doesnt feel good at all, and feels awful even when they are off to be just sitting and pushing into your shoulders/ neck. I made a huge mistake buying this when it was on sale during prime day. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This thing causes me more pain than I’d have sitting here without it. There went a chunk of money down the drain that I really couldn’t afford to begin with.

Wouldn't recommend. Not necessarily too comfortable, especially because the heat and massage has to be plugged in to work versus a battery operated remote. Not very practical and efficient like the picture shows, since you cannot walk around the house while using the heat and massage system. Only good if you're lodged next to an outlet.

My Mom didn't like this one because it was supposed to be Maroon. Come to find out it was a chocolate brown

The massage roller was too bulky when you was just using the heat.
