will these fit any size pillow not just the ones sold in conjunction with these?

They appear fit all pillows we have ! These are normal sized pillows and nothing purchased especially for the cases !

What is the thread count of the pillow cases?

The pillow I bought didn’t have a detachable pillow case - I use my own

What are the washing instructions? Can be tumble dried?

The label states that it can be tumble dried but on a low setting.
