I've owned various myCharge (and other) portable power banks (in matched pairs, one to charge, while one in use) over the years and myCharge continues to smartly evolve their power bank technology right around the time that I need replacements.The 20100mAh RazorTurbo is about an inch taller than my other power banks, while maintaining a similar width and thickness. This modest change in physical form factor more than doubles the mAh capacity of a one inch shorter, 10000 mAh power bank. That increase in stored charge, for so small an increase in size, is impressive.The fast charge technology is Qualcomm FastCharge/QuickCharge compatible. Not only does the RazorTurbo know when to stop charging a fully charged connected device, when used as a continuously connected standby power supply to a Qualcomm FC compliant device, the RazorTurbo will wake itself back up and top-off the connected power consuming device and, once again, return to standby. This works automatically almost 80% of the time with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. None of my other Qualcomm FC compliant power banks automatically perform this auto-resume from standby; I always have to remember to manually restart them. This fairly reliable auto-resume charging is something new and quite welcomed. (I only give the RazorTurbo 4 overall stars because it doesn't auto-resume charging from standby 100% of the time.)As the total mAh capacity of power banks increases, so, inevitably, increases the time to charge them. Prior to the RazorTurbo, I;ve never owned a power bank that, itself, can accept a fast charge.The other really cool new feature is that you can charge the RazorTurbo, even while it is powering another device. None of my other power banks supports fast charging and none of my other power bank can accept a charge while it is powering another device. The RazorTurbo is also capable of accepting a fast charge from a Qualcomm FC compliant charger, too. Should I run the RazorTurbo down over the course of a day, I can continue to use it while recharging it via my 12VDC Qualcomm FC automobile charger, between stops. This is very convenient when out all day, with heavy phone use. I no longer need to carry a second power bank, for "just in case."There are three ports: one USB-A and two USB-C. One USB-C (middle) is dedicated to charging the RazorTurbo and the other (distal) can be used to either supply power or to charge the RazorTurbo. There is a manual restart button next to the USB-A port and a 4-segment LED indicator array parallel to the USB-A port. The USB-A and USB-C output ports can deliver power concurrently to two different devices.I am satisfied with this purchase and recommend it to anyone in need of flexible, hefty power reinforcement in the field.

Good product, I have used other battery packs and found i like this the best.

When I forget to charge my iPad use then I’m old!.

Very disappointed. Product stopped working, less than 3 months old. It will not take a charge. Used less than 5 times. Complete waste of money :(

It’s a great battery pack. Holds near 3 charges for a phone. The only thing is a little too bulky compared to a less capacity batteries. I do recommend this product if you travel and have many kids to keep entertained

I bought this to pack in my travel tech bag. It allows me to charge my phone quicker than charging off of the car. I haven't ran it out of battery yet.

I use this every day. It’s easy to fit in your purse and charges your phone at least 3 times.

My phone will not charge in my car so now we take this charger with us everywhere. We love it.
