i bought this generator. it arrived 3 weeks late and not working properly. would not charge from the wall outlet. i called support and 3 weeks later i received a mother board and electrical equipment and they said i had to put it together. i have experience working in electrical. needless to say . not all the necessary hardware was included. no directions. the cables powering the dc power where held in place bathroom tile caulk because the electrical fittings will are incorrect. The way this product is built there is a potential for fire hazard as well as poisoning from the use of non electrical parts(bathroom parts) when i call support they say i need to send it in for repair. they said however they could not give me an estimate when they can have it back to me.

I have one main unit and two add on packs. This was sufficient to run my fridge, tv, Wi-Fi, lights and aquarium for a day. The last time I checked before the power came on, I believe I was at about 75 percent battery left. About two hours before the power came on, I unplugged my fridge temporarily in order to conserve power as I did not know when it would come back on. It had been running for about 12 hours. The power came on shortly after. I was averaging about 125-175 watts continuously. I highly recommend having the three unit kit as I do.. Monitor your consumption through the Bluetooth app to manager your power consumption.

The info listed is not quite right. The output may be 1800 watts BUT the battery is only 700AH. I tried using it to run my ham radios and after fully charging the generator I only got 2 hours on battery drawing only less then 200 watts of power. Natures Generator Customer Service recommended buying a Power pod for an extra $499.00. I am returning the unit and looking else where.

Hey guys I started building a off grid camper and didn't now what to do for power was looking into getting a generator and then solar but I knew nothing about solar at all I did my research and the only affordable plug and play system was Nature's Generator I was very hesitant to buy it but just went for it! I couldn't have made a better decision I installed the whole system in less than 5 mins I have 200 watts of solar on the roof and have one power pod added to my generator I have been off grid for over 4 months now and I am amazed at how much I could run with this small system( water pump for shower and sink, small fridg, led lights, 24inch TV , all my electronics I charge daily and amazingly it can run my window AC too!) Just remember though this is with a power pod connected which makes a huge difference in power supply.

DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY THE AC PORTS WILL STOP WORKING AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY STAY WAY FROM THIS ITEM AND SPEND MORE MONEY ON SOMETHING BETTER THIS ITEM IS CHEAP AND BUYERS BEWARE STAY WAY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Just purchased Nature's Generator and this unit is well thought out. It's a high quality unit, well made. I just got it and it Powers my mini fridge , run lights and I plugged in my drill as I figured I would use the Nature's Generator instead of running extension cord out back of my house. I just ordered an extra pod for the Generator for more power. It will come in handy for any power outages at my house. I have a gas generator but would much rather use this Nature's Generator than have to mess with the gas generator cause I can keep this in the house. This is a great addition for peace of mind and it can power many items in and out of my home.
