I have read that Booty bands help you to add variety in your regular workouts as well as being a great workout for the lower body and butt. With booty bands you can add some creatively and make your workouts more effective. I decided to purchase these and change up my workouts. This item includes three strongly made, and quality constructed booty bands. The three bands included are layered; so they are very durable and powerful. They are flexible but include the right tension to really give a good workout. The box comes with a card giving you access to a website to demonstrate exercises. I used this to add some great, additional lower body and butt exercises to my routine. I can say that in just a couple weeks I have seen and felt their effectiveness. I have used them to help me get a much better workout and I’ve already shaped and toned my lower body and butt area. The use of these booty bands helps activate many smaller ancillary muscles for strength and stabilization during compound booty exercise movements. I’ve already seen some improvement in lower back pain with strengthening my glutes and core muscles. This appears to be a quality product with many benefits, as long as you use them. I would definitely recommend this product. If you are properly motivated, these can help you achieve a better body and better health.

I can not express enough how much I love these bands! They stay put through your workout! Which means no sliding pinching or rolling! By far the best bands I have come across! My friend was amazed by them that she asked me to order her some as well! 110% recommend! The price is a great deal! I promise you will not regret getting these bands! I love how they even come with a mesh carrying bag! Best of all you can wash them in the washer and just hang to dry! So look no farther they bands are the ones you want! They are a great workout and definitely a game changer to your work out ! They are extremely durable and last!!!

These are legit! They’re different from what I expected. I think I may have been wrong about what I was expecting? It’s hard to explain what I was thinking, but basically when I put them on I was surprised. The first one I put on was the purple “heavy” band, then pink then blue and the blue small was definitely smaller around my thighs but it felt way more difficult trying to move my legs with the blue was on. I guess I was thinking the blue would be easiest, then pink and then purple... see, I’m confusing ha. Either way, they’re awesome, material is legit, no slip or rolling, the colors are fun, would recommend.

These bands are nice and wide and plenty strong. They also don't roll, which is great and just what I was looking for. However... they don't have the same stretch. They barely expand a few inches beyond the width that they already are. So, mainly... they just provide resistance without the rolling around.

These definitely exceeded my expectations! Though it's a simple product, there are tons of crappy versions out there. These are thick, sewn securely, with good nonslip traction on the inside.The three different lengths are helpful for different exercises and sizes of legs! I feel like most people will generally use two of the three bands depending on their body size and exercise experience. The longest one is pretty loose even when I'm doing donkey kicks, for example, so I'll probably use the smaller two. Still a great value!

I just received the bands so I cannot attest to their durability but they do seem to be good quality and do have the anti slip rubber inside. They do not slip. The only issue I've found is that the resistance they listed on here appear to be incorrect. My set is :Purple is the lightest resistancePink is the next highestTeal is the highestOther that this error, all arrived exactly as advertised. Also it appears that everyone else's bands were different sizes. Mine are all one size. The other reviews I've seen though we're from last year. Perhaps they changed the design. The ad for the set I purchased does show them all being 17" so there was no error on that part.

Love that these have grips on the inside, total game changer. I have the same type of band from an Instagram ad and they’re great, but depending on what leggings you wear, they fall out of place, so the inside grips make a huge difference. The sizes are all useful since the resistance comes from the size of the band, not the material itself. These are the same quality material as the ones you’ll see all over Instagram and social media for 2-3x the price. I definitely recommend these, they make a huge difference during workouts and are especially great if you need to workout outside of the gym and don’t have access to weights and machines. GREAT for leg day!

I just received mine and haven’t used then yet, they seem sturdy, So my only thing is that the colors seem to be backwards. The green one seems like more heavy resistance, purple is Medium, and Pink is the lightest where I could just easily pull. They must’ve gotten the colors mixed up or something.. we’ll see when I try them out.
