Can someone tell me which country this was made/manufactured?

There is nothing printed on the product. I went to a store site that sells them and that site said it was imported.

What is the size of base width? What is the size of between two non-slip points? Lastly, what is the size of lowest edge height?

The base is 2x4. Opening for utensil is 2 inches. About half inch off counter. Adequate space for most utensils despite size.

Will a magnet stick to the metal? I want to use it in my craft room.

Sorry. Magnets do not stick to this spoon rest.

Will the rubber backing melt if kept on the stove?

I don’t have mine on the stove, I would not recommend doing that, it’s rubber and I think if your stove top gets hot when in use it would melt. I keep one on the counter next to the oven, and the other by the coffee pot to use for the spoon. I think they are great, they don’t stain and they are easy to clean. Hope this helps!
