I like the size and how it collapses. Easy to use and to clean. Just be careful when you fill it in with a hot liquid and close the top, the steam inside makes the cup expand a bit, especially the bottom, so the cup may not stand straight. A bit risky but if you remember to release the steam you'll be perfectly fine. It already feels good to be saving a number of paper cups.

It is so easy to carry as it is small. It allows you to have free coffee at Waitrose now, happy to have it.

Used once and the cup leaks from the join between the screw thread and the silicone cup. Not enough to burn but enough to make a mess. Supposed to be leak proof according to the blurb.If it didn't leak it would get 5 stars

The cup has a lovely aesthetic, and is very easy to use. The product has a very nice weight and has been designed very well. I have already received many compliments on the cup and don’t doubt i will be recieving more. Great cup and so cheap!

BEWARE item not as described. Received a 350ml snap on lidded cup instead of required 380ml screw on lidded cup. Check with seller what you are going to actually receive before ordering. The former item is available much more cheaply.

It's fairly sturdy , easy to collapse and uncollapse. The sleeve fit tight, so no water come from it even the cup inside is wet .It's a great reusable cup, I really like this cup as it collapses and I can take it everywhere I go. fits in my purse or pocket.Thoroughly recommend this
