Survival MetricsHead for Survival Bandana

Bought this for our catch all bag and it has a lot of info on it in case it's necessary.

I got this for my husband to carry when he goes hiking in the woods. It's bigger that we thought and very colorful so you see it in the distance around your neck. It has so much survival information on it, in case you ever need it. Makes me feel better knowing he has one around his neck when he's in the woods.

I didn't know I needed this so much until I stumbled across it. Survival kit had bandanas in it before, but I hadn't thought about getting one that has information on it like this. I love items that serve multiple purposes, and turning a bandana into an information pamphlet is right up my alley. The info on this bandana is great, and it's not just "painted" on so it won't peal off like other products.I feel they could have added a bit more information on it, like more medical info, more knots and more info about hunting, gathering, fishing, etc... but this is more of a future-state suggestion. There is more room on it, but it wouldn't be as pretty to look at I guess...I highly recommend this bandana, it is the most complete item in it's field I have seen, and I have bought some of the competing products to evaluate.

I purchased this thinking I would getting a usual bandana with a few tips scribbled on it. I was pleasently surprised when I received the actual product. It is already cut into a large triangular shape so that it is easier for you to tie around your head and it is big enough where people with big heads, like me, won't have any issue. Although I do feel like it could have more information on other stuff like medical, fishing, plants, etc... I feel like this is the essential information that you need to be reminded of when stuck in a bad situation. This isn't something to rely on, and you should have a survival guide or some other informational material with you. This is more than plenty information and the material it is made from is very durable and absorbent. I love this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bandana to go camping or hiking.
