Melted Instantly
We bought both this roller and the pressure roller for our Brother MFC- 9340CDW machine. Installed great, but when the printer was turned on the smoke came out of the back of the machine and the fuser roller was melted and deformed. We re-installed the original fuser/pressure rollers and it worked as before with the exception that the old fuser roller was at the end of its lifespan. We bought genuine OEM fuser/roller and they work great. We now have a working printer again. Do not waste your time with this seller, they don't work as advertised with the brother printer.
