Golden Dipt Fish 'n Chips Seafood Batter Mix, 10 oz (Pack of 8)

Always buy this in the store but hard to find. Was glad to see this in this option. We love to batter chicken and sometimes cucumbers, which is delicious.

Excellent taste, texture and lightness in this fish and chip mixture. Fry in vegetable oil. Want cod fish everynight. Cant stop buying this, ordered 18 ! Much better than the beer batter. The very best and so easy and quick. Love it

In addition to fish, this product is great for fried banana peppers, squash, zucchini and onion rings!

I can’t review the product, as we haven’t had a chance to use it yet. However, when we removed the cellophane wrapping (two packages of four boxes) the mix was coming out of the box. Every bag inside each box had a hole in the seam of the bag, so lots of the mix was loose in the box. We transferred the mix to a large Tupperware container, so it should be fine, but we did lose a decent amount of mix. It seemed that the holes were in the same place on each bag, so I have to assume faulty glue was used to seal the seams.

Good for frying shrimp and fish.

This is an amazing batter for fish or chicken if you want that Long John Silvers flavor!!
