Perfect for flip cars with blown speakers
Bought for a car I bought to fix and flip. They produce sound and were the cheapest in this size.

Better than stock for a car. Not good enough for a boombox build.
Better than stock by far. If you want a simple upgrade after blowing a stock speaker, This is for you. If you want something badass then look for a heavy hitting brand.

Read this review
Some people in these reviews are complaining that there's almost no bass and they start to distort when you push bass through them. Well no kidding. Anyone who's saying things like that is not knowledgeable in the automotive audio industry. These are not supposed to produce bass. I have a high pass filter set at 120hz which means these two very small speakers see no frequencies below 120 HZ. My subwoofers are handling the bass because subwoofers are the components thats supposed to handle the bass. I put two of them in my Jeep along with two 15-in MTX on a 2000 watt CT sounds. Great bang for the buck

Good sound at a budget price
For the price point, these sound great. If you're on a budget and just need to replace old, worn out speakers, these will do the trick. Installed on an 02 Chevy Silverado extended cab rear doors.

Super happy! Bang for buck!
2004 extended cab silverado. Based on the description I was worried that these were not going to fit depth wise . Worked out great! Even had room for a Boom Mat. Go with the Ovel Slim. (I did not. Regular ovel) you will need to drill your own holes. The screw hardwear that comes will is garage, i used some Ikea furniture screws lol. Yeah worse than Ikea. I took the old connectors off of the Bose speakers, cleaned them up and souldered them to the new ones. Very happy with the results. Sound has more depth than the stock Bose. I'll need to upgrade the fronts next.

Poor sound and very thin wires
I brought these to replace the rear speakers in my truck hoping they would improve the sound over factory speakers that are 20 years old. I installed one speaker to compare and can't tell the difference. I wasn't expecting outstanding sound but I thought there would have been some improvement. Don't recommend.

Decent noticed a bit of a sound difference in bass but loudness is the same. Have no amp for door speakers tho
