I love this derma roller, and it does a great job, especially when you use a serum afterward! It really is effective, but not painful at all to use. Really glad I found this very useful kit - it's got it all!

Coupled with the use of Eva Naturals Vitamin C clearing serum, which contains retinol, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C, my skin appears healthier, smoother, with diminished lines and scarring. The combined approach seems to deliver more pronounced results.3. Contrary to concerns, the needles haven't induced visible dots or bleeding. Really like this tool. It does help with absorption of the product you use. Took a little to figure out how to change the heads, but it works great.

I want to love this thing. I am so close to giving it five stars. I love the different heads. I love the little compartment for putting the alcohol in to sterilize it. They roll well and feel like they're doing the right thing on my skin. The price is great. Except for one huge problem.I can't get the head off! The one that it came with already attached won't come off. I've tried for days now. I've tried to jam tweezers and things into the little nub, to push it loose. I've done everything I can, and I'm afraid if I keep trying, I'm going to stab the crap out of myself when my hand slips and hits all those needles. I have wiggled and pushed and pried, and nothing. Not a single hint of a budge.So to use the other attachments, I have to hold them by their tiny little nub of like an inch, and rub it on my skin. That's a big disappointment. If I could get that part to work, this would be a five-star product without a doubt.

I love all the different changing heads for different areas. I do wish they came with replacements for the smaller one or was possible to order some replacements in bulk so it’s more sanitary since it’s important to use a sanitized one each time especially for your face

The product is a great combo pack but I was purchasing this for my kit where the needles bent (those needles were longer). To achieve maximum wrinkle removing heights a longer needle is required. This does work for surface level fine lines that appear above the nose at eye level (between the eyes). This product does not work wonders on deeper laugh lines around the eyes (crows feet) - there is a brief benefit but laughing a little brings those wrinkles right back. This product is sufficient for laugh lines around the mouth, those virtually disappear. I am 36 years old and began using a light wand and derma rolling products around the age of 33. These products do make a difference and I use them in conjunction with a compression coil for maximum hair removal and all three of these products contribute to minimizing the appearance of aging. I do use sunscreen religiously during the summer and would be interested in finding a non-cosmogenic sunscreen here on amazon. Overall this derma roller is pretty good. You do need to watch for bent needles this is a cheaper product and the metal that is used reflects. There are unfortunately not more expensive options offering less soft metals-I would buy a more expensive product featuring stronger metal and longer needles but for now you do really have to go see an esthetician and get a service done to get rid of crows feet and neglected laugh lines. If you are not on the younger end of the spectrum this product will probably do very little for you.
