Wonderful substitute for powered cinnamon with punch

This product was just ok for me, it had only a mild taste and mild dcent of cinnamon,it could just be me but i love cinnoman and maybe my expectations were a bit high. Miss G

Just what I would expect from Lorann! I purchased it because I remember how it was the only brand of flavoring that my Mother would use. She was a professional baker and would only use the very best. Lorann most definitely fits that description!

Bought this as an alternative, trying different forms of cinnamon to make a nice hot cup of HOT CINNAMON tea. Amazon's first attempt reached me in a broken but lovely smelling air-tight bag. It's replacement...well...an emulsion. This might be better used for baking? But for adding to hot water/tea it's just w-e-a-k. It looks and pours like runny vanilla pudding mix and a tablespoon did nothing for an 8-10 oz cuppa. Other brands/formulations, i.e., extract, have just required a dash and be careful not to overdo it. I'm guessing this would require an 1/8th cup to come near to flavoring a cup of tea. Was expensive and didn't smell exceptionally of "Cinnamon [Spice]," which might be how they get @ making it so weak? it's "spice!" Anyway. Try for baking but avoid for adding to drinks. Cheers!

It was thicker than I initially thought it would be. However, being an emulsion rather than an oil, I suppose this is to be expected. That said, it absolutely worked great in my homemade cinnamon and vanilla coffee creamer recipe.

I can’t say enough about these bakery emulsions! I not only use them in baking, which really is a game changer, I’ve also started making my own flavorings with them by adding them to liquid sucralose and saves me TONS of money and calories! I make a cinnamon roll flavoring by combining maple extract with cinnamon emulsion and sucralose to add to coffee, tea, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, even egg whites, as crazy as that may sound! I use the cream cheese one to make a “protein frosting” with Greek yogurt and sugar free pudding mix. Pumpkin spice latte lovers anyone? Yep, they work for that too and can save you 100s of calories by making your PSL yourself at home. I’m sure I’ll come up with even more uses for them as time goes on. I absolutely LOVE these emulsions!!

Did not realize when I purchased this flavor oil that it was from the emulsion product line. Disappointed because it’s non-returnable even though it’s was unopened and unused. Forced in keeping it, I will say the smell and taste is devine. Much spicer than the regular SS Cinnamon Oil, this has the potential for many different uses, especially during the fall season baking. The emulsion is a creamier milky texture and I can only assume it’s for baking purposes not the flexible use of SS for candy, ice treats or baking. Sure to not make the mistake again, but open to the emulsion line if I’m strictly looking for enhancements to my baking!

Supebe. Depuis plusieurs ;mois j'essaie d emettre d ela cannelle dans m;on café et la cannelle sèche ne peut pas se dissoudre car la cannelle est une écorce...Maintenant mes cafés sont succulents.
