I already have my Inguinal Hernia operated 1.5 years back. I have bought this for Gym purpose so that the same problem does not emerge again and so that this belt should give me some extra support. I have just use this 2 times and I observed that although this belt might give some extra support to lower abdomen (but not too sure how much effectively) but it is virtually not practical to wear this belt along with PADS since anyone can notice that you have worn something bulky underneath. So I have removed the PADS and I am using this belt. It is a decent OKOK type belt, nothing extra ordinary.

A more scientific design would have a better acceptance.
Poor design. The elastic strap at the back tends to curl up and cause discomfort. The groin straps dont stay in place and tend to converge into one between the lega and cause irritation. It would have been better if they were stitched in place and the back strap had some stiffener support that would have prevented the curling up. The hernia support pads are very hard and it would have been better if a choice of pads with soft, medium and hard density were made available with the unit to suit the comfort of a broad range of users.

The product is good. However the elastic needs to be of good quality ..after the first use it has lost the tension.
