Simply a beautiful tool. It's going to be really useful, as I carry this with me pretty much everywhere. Being able to cut, bend, turn fasteners and grip things will come in handy in a pinch.I chose to get this version of the tool instead of the much cheaper 200mm (8 inch) version, as in my experience a longer tool offers much better leverage in moments where it's needed.The insulated handles offer incredible grip, are super comfortable, and give me added peace of mind when working with electrical systems. You still want to shut the breaker off for that appliance, though. This is only a soft safety net.I regret trying out NWS's pliers, as in my experience they've had horrible quality control over the last year. Knipex is just a tried and true manufacturer. You can't go wrong here. I've never had a bad Knipex.

Was able to cut everything I threw at it so far, even 4 mm bolts and nails (certified for up to 3 mm). It can probably take more, if you have strong enough palms. I do and I broke a few tools before, so its important for me that the tool gives a feel that it can help me be stronger and multiply my skill, and that's important on a tough job, and that's what a good tool should do. So I can depend on it.I got a 225 mm version (longer handles than 200), its a bit heavier, but it delivers much more power. They feel like a nice, dependable heavy-duty tool. I like the opening for cutting the multi-strand copper. They're certified for up to 14 mm multi-strand, but probably will take more than that. And also for piano wire. For such a serious tool, it looks pretty, too (important for me - I like having a nice looking tool in my hand, it helps the quality of the job). It going to be one of my favourites. Highly recommend.

Perfect, no one can beat knipex in pliers. 9 inch long perfect when work on live conductors. Highly recommended
