Does as advertised

Love drinking this during my workout. Gives me a decent amount of energy to keep the pump going.

I read some of the reviews and one was particularly disturbing being a nurse/healthcare provider. I came to the conclusion that this product is absolutely safe, in fact, it's awesome during my BJJ workouts which are sooooo intense especially at the age of 51, the possibility that this product caused chronic hypoglycemia is not possible in a normal healthy adult. This is a supplement, you use it to better your body to handle stress caused by an intense workout. If a person only drinks this and doesn't eat a complete healthy meal before and afterward, well that is not healthy.

This stuff is outstanding. I use it when rolling in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Powers me through some really tough workouts with ease. Highly recommend!

I used to buy this when it first came out 10 years ago. Life got in the way last 3 years and came back to my fitness journey. Decided to repurchase it blindly. When I received it I noticed the tub was much smaller. Back then it was the same price but you'd get 40 servings for $30.00. Now the price went up slightly and you get almost less than half of the servings, now 25 half servings.. Almost $11.20 price hike since your getting less product for the almost the same price. Won't be coming back to this after this bottle is finished.
