If they are made in the USA, why is this not stamped on the metal?

Hello, the reason is because they are manufactured overseas but engineered and designed here in the USA.

Is this a 3/4 pin shackle? are they made in usa?

NO, it is a 3/4" at the strap end. The pin is 7/8" Pin will not fit in a 3/4' hole

Will these fit a 1500 Silverado 2011?

I put them on my 2013 Silverado and then fit in the front end hooks that came on the truck. I had to loosen my brush guard to get them in but that's the truck that caused that, not the product.
