Faulty cable. Misleading Anker guarantee policy.
The cable’s lightning connector, the main reason why I purchased it, failed within one month of purchasing due to a loose / faulty metal connector.Anker didn’t fulfill the guarantee as indicated in the product page and manual opting instead to connect me with the Indian distributor who neither answered my repeated email nor theirs.The cable which costs 2-4x as much doesn’t have the usual Anker sturdiness you would expect from their power banks and they wasted hours of my life in the refund / replacement process only for nothing to happen. It was quite an unprofessional communication.
