A lot of problems!!!
I’ve had nothing but problems with this chair, failed hydraulic. They sent a replacement & now the lever is stuck cuz the hydraulic and the bracket on the chair. are tapered wrong. I spent a lot of money to have this chair not work properly for the first 4months of having it. Highly disappointed.

Very comfortable, will never go back to a round stool
This is a great stool for tattooing, super comfortable, my last stool made my back and hips and knees hurt and with this stool, that is no longer an issue. I ended up buying 2 because another artist sat on it for about 30 seconds when he said order me one too. The padding is dense and doesn't go flat during long sessions. It is tall but I'm 6.2 and usually raise it about an inch so if you are a shorter you may want to buy some smaller wheels for it, but you can rest you feet on the base because it's so wide. I was really concerned with how wide the base is because sometimes the wheels run into the arm stand when tattooing but with the base being so wide it actually fits around my armstand which is really convenient. And if it does run into the armstand it is so easy to push it out of the way with it being so wide. The adjustable back rest is nice too, as I usually sit more in the center to the front edge of the chair so it's nice that it can slide forward and back. The only other thing i wish it had was a height adjustable backrest so I could use it as a client chair when tattooing someone's upper back.

Built to last ... Could not be better made, or more comfortable...
This is the most versitile chair I have ever used for working in permanent makeup or any other sitting job. The lumbar support is bar none the best and the seat is soft but not too soft. I feel I got a ton of value for my money. I did have a little damage to the seat and thought I might get a discount since shipping the old one back and getting a new one would be very expensive to ship alone then the cost of the seat on top of that. This was worked out by the seller sending me a new seat in less than a week at his cost and I kept the old seat. THAT IS SERVICE! THIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR ON THE PLANET FOR BODY WORKERS. ESTHETICIANS, PEOPLE WHO WORK IN WORKSHOP, ANYONE WHO SITS AND NEEDS TO LEAN FORWARD TO WORK BUT NEEDS LUMBAR AND STABILITY.The only down side, this is I feel this seat is made for a larger person. They may want to think about doing a " girl" size. This chair is so beefy, industrial it may never wear out. However, it is heavy and sometimes I have to give it an extra push because I am short to roll around. I LOVE THIS CHAIR AND WOULD BUY ANOTHER ONE, BUT I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER HAVE TO!! THE BEST VALUE AND BEST MADE CHAIR I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED!! THANK YOU SO MIUCH!!!

Great but wheels don’t roll well.
Super sturdy and very comfortable. It’s a very heavy, strong, well-built chair but it’s super hard to roll around in. It’s best to Vick a spot and swivel instead of rolling back and forth. I wish I could replace with roller-blade wheels like in my other stool. These are screw-in wheels and I havent found suitable replacements. The seat is nice and firm and the vinyl upholstery has a nice texture. It feels like it’s going to last a super long time.

Caster wheels are absolute garbage!
This chair is comfy! Really it is. It raises up nicely, however…. I’ve had to have a replacement base shipped bc the ball bearings from the casters were rolling everywhere and low and behold I rolled my chair tatting a client and well…. Let’s just say I’ve got good control of my machine! So, fast forward a month ( and I’m well below the weight limit, we have other ink bed products in the shop and apparently this is common as most artist replace their casters with wheels from Lowe’s!) anywho, now this new base has also had the same issues. It’s lost most of the bearings, wheels are staring to cave and once again I can’t get these wheels outta the base. Had this chair less than 6-7 months… smh. The company’s was nice enough last time I called I just honestly feel I’d rather order a new product.

Most comfortable from the rest of em
Really like my chair it’s pretty comfortable a bit large. I’ve been threw a lot of tattoo chairs and this one seems to be the one I like best. Only thing I don’t like are the rubber tips at the bottom of the frame they keep coming off… other then that I’m sold

Comfort
This is a great chair for the money. The back rest was a nightmare to put on, it's only four bolts but the holes were not lined up properly. Big headaches, but besides that the assembly was fairly easy. Buy this chair...when you set in it you will know why.

Good chair just really tall at lowest height
It sits really high at the lowest setting . I had to switch out base with an old computer chair to make it the right height ... But chair part is good makes you sit straight and helps with the back
