I do Muay Thai and these make my ankles feel nice and tight and supported when I kick the bag or when I’m hitting pads.

I’m 6’ 195lbs. Wear a size 10.5 shoes. The fit was a little tight at first. 2nd time wearing this it had stretched and was far more comfortable. The material and stitching seem fairly well done. Works more than just as a support as you can see the print started peeling off and I don’t expect it to last long that’s why I gave it four stars rather than five.

I just bought these ankle braces to support my ankles and give my feet some extra padding during Muay Thai and Jui Jitsu. I just received the items and already they seem to be make with quality in mind. They are made of a much thicker material than I had assumed and that was a pleasant surprise.To give you an idea of the one size, I am 6'4" and weight a lean 230 lbs. My shoe size is 15, and they fit my ankles exactly as I think they should. Definitely snug, buy not uncomfortably so. They hug my feet and lower calf very nicely. I can imagine a smaller person not finding them as supportive, but they're perfect for me.I may update this review if I find out that they're not as good as originally thought. If you're reading this though, it means so far so good!

I recently started Muay Thai training. I broke the skin open on my insteps from kicking the heavy bag. I know, I know...should be hitting with shins, not instep. I needed something to cover my insteps, so I could continue classes without leaving a trail of DNA everywhere. I ordered these on a Wednesday night and they arrived the next afternoon....thanks Amazon Prime. Wore them to a 90 minute training session, and they are perfect for my needs. The compression on my ankles feels good too. I wear a size 10-10.5 shoe and the L/XL fits great. I didn't have the issue others have had wear the logo peels off. Even if they did, I wouldn't care...function over form for me. Photos were taken after first 90 minute training. There is some wear, but it's to be expected. These may be a bit overpriced. They're more of a $10 product. But all things considered, including the fast shipping, I call it a deal.

I just want to start by saying I’m not bashing the product just wondering considering I only had it for a day and used it for one Muay Thai class if I can get an exchanged pair? The lining or stitching came undone. Beside that I actually like these things I sprained my ankle a while back and now that I’m better I use this as protection and I feel safer and I feel like I can move more fluid without having to worry about my ankle twisting or anything like that . All in all good fit not too loose not too tight. Please write me back thank you!

Wearing these I got so many compliments on the look in Taekwondo and Judo Class and was really satisfied with the purchase.They really felt as if they protected my ankles and feet. I was very satisfied with the purchase.

Wir haben die Fussbandagen gerade erhalten und schon löst sich der Aufkleber. Wenn es weniger gekostet hätte würden wir es behalten, da es uns um die Bandagen an sich geht. Aber für den Preis gehen die Bandagen eindeutig zurück. Schade
