Bought two and they're different
Have bought several of these previously with no issues. But this time when I replaced existing ones and my wife and I started using them, her one went soft and fluffy quickly, but mine is still hard as a board and not really useable.Not sure why, as use same shower and shower gel - just one of those things. As I say I've bought several before and not had any issues, so would buy again.

Does not soften even with warm water and soap
I have used these kind of natural loofah before, but this one is terrible. It remained hard even after a week's trial. Really hurts the skin.I now use it only for the knees and heels.

I bought this loofah because it is exfoliating, however, I didn't expect it to be so hard and unyielding to use.Not only that, but it scratched my skin so badly my body was red after use.Now thrown it away, as I will never use it again,
