The peri-peri has a nice slow burn Lemon pepper has subtle flavors and flirts with perfection. Minimalist biltong - just beef, salt, vinegar. A little salty (not too much). Really nice but, as expected, lacks depth. Similar to the original, with addition of rosemary and garlic. Yum! The garlic adds lots of umami to an already umami-rich snack.

Inedible. I don't know why the reviews of this jerky are so good. I bought the variety pack and every single one was terrible. The flavor is okay, but they are chewy like rubber to the point you can't even swallow them. I tried multiple pieces in each pack to see if I was just getting unlucky, but every piece was so rubbery I had to spit it out. Did I just get a bad batch? All 5 packs?
