Is there a draw string in the waist. My 12 yr old is skinny but has long legs & is 5'5 the XL may fit for length but might be too big in the waist

I just bought two pairs of these- kids size 5 and size 6, and there are NOT draw strings on those for those looking at smaller kids sizes.
