Don’t order in the summer
While I really like these cookies, if you order them in the summer they will arrive all melted and stuck together and the cookie part will be dry.

Yummy Jaffa Cakes
Every once in a while you wake up and think… Orange, chocolate and fluffy cake. When that thought occurs the one thing that I want is a Jaffa Cake. The flavor is delicately balanced the thin layer of chocolate, the cake and the perfect little bit of orange jelly all combine to make a perfect bite. I haven’t had any of the issues that can be encountered when ordering chocolate or cake based food - the cake was fresh, the chocolate was shiny, crisp and the orange jelly smooth. The cakes are worth the price especially with the overnight delivery.

McVitie's Original Jaffa Cakes - dreadful condition
These Jaffa Cakes are the worst I have ever seen and I have been ordering them for a lot of years. The shipment arrived on time and had been shipped promptly. That's the last of the good news. The carton looked as if someone had decided to play kickball with it before shipping. It was mashed and smashed and one end was open. The Jaffa Cakes themselves are not fresh. They are dry, stale tasting, stuck together, impossible to separate, and taste terrible. This was a carton Amazon should have consigned to the trash bin. They are in no way acceptable, especially at the price. I am very disappointed in the condition of these Jaffa Cakes.

Disappointing
These are usually such good cookies. But the Jaffa Cakes I received from this vendor were stale and stuck together. Disappointing.

Still as good as I remembered.
I have loved these for ever. The only reason for missing star rating. the package was beat to hell. 1/4 of the content was crushed. BUT, the wrapper was intact and sealed, and cakes still edible and taste good even mashed.
