Wrangler - Mens Jeans - Original Regular Bootcut Fit - 13Mwz - Shadow Black

Wonderful pair of jeans. Unlike other pairs of jeans from here and there, these are high rise and allows me to tuck my shirt in deep. A high rise fit also allows one to appear taller because it elongates the legs and bottom half of the body. It’s fitted extremely well around the overall back area too (good jeans for females especially) and opens elegantly around the ankles, allowing for an individual to wear boots, dress shoes, whatever. It makes me look fit and theres no bagginess to it. Overall amazing body framing, definitely looks like a pair of dress jeans in my opinion. The colour is a rich black and the material being 100% cotton is gentle on your skin but still obviously retaining its strength. It wont shrink on you like the unwashed cotton pairs of these same jeans. Excited to see what the colours gonna look like after some wear. Overall 10/10, will definitely buy more in the future.

Brilliant quality jeans, proper material and extremely hard wearing. Looks great with a pair of boots and comfy. Big 5th pocket is nice too! Will be buying these from now on

This review is for people who are coming from wearing Levis 501s and want to understand the differences. Some of you remember the time in the 70s when Levis and Wranglers were on a par. Since then Levis have gone down in quality - mianly in the area of weight - and they have gone up in price - hugely! And it was that which made me decide to buy some of these Wranglers to see if they might now be a better option. The Wranglers are thick, exactly as they used to be - they feel 25% thicker than 501s. It means they will last forever just as they used to, and trying to scratch an itch through them is impossible! They sit a bit higher on the waist than 501s But the big difference is in the fit. I have attached a picture. What you see is a pair of 33/32 Levis 501s laid over a pair of 34/32 Wrangler 13mwz. 1. The Wranglers are about 1.1/4" longer despite having the same nominal inside leg measurement 2. The Wranglers are a much wider in the leg. You can see about an inch in the picture, but that is to doubled when considering the curcumference! 3. You cant see it in the picture but the Wranglers fit on the waist despite the fact that rhe Levis are 33 and the Wranglers are 34. So, what's the conclusions? 1. The Wranglers are better quality than the 501s. 2. You need to go up an inch in the waist compared to your 501 fit. 3. You need to go shorter in the leg by an inch, maybe two compared to your 501 fit 4. Even when you get the fit right you will not look the same in the Wranglers as you do in your 501s. The Wranglers sit a little higher on the waist, they fit about the same on the bum, but they are considerably baggier in the leg and wider at the bottom hem too. They would work well with cowboy boots (which is what they were designed for!) And they would work well if you have footballer thighs and you need more space in the leg. Hope that helps

What a great set of jeans. The build quality is sublime. With a grown up cut and fit. Great for motorcycling, dossing around as well as horse riding if you are a cowboy!

They are nice jeans , strong pair , only problem is that they sent me the wrong colour , gave them to my brother as I don’t wear bleach jeans I ordered the normal blue so a bit of a loss from the price

Had a pair of these years ago and these are great , good fit , proper zip fly and really good colour . I think these were actually cheaper great value

I think it's hard to find a solid pair of jeans today at a reasonable price. Oh, it can be done, but you have to sift through a sea of obviously either too thin or too skimpily cut jeans. Guys who work in jeans, and for our purposes here we'll call them all "cowboys", can tell after a day if a pair of jeans are great or junk. So...Wrangler has built a reputation with these PRA identified jeans and I figured it was high-time to find out where I weighed in as just about all my Lee jeans which have been my staple for the last ten years fail the same way. The top left corner of the right back pocket doesn't come unsewn, but the entire denim starts to tear. Oh, did I mention it always happens within a year and it ain't cause I wear 'em always either as I usually have about half a dozen rotated pairs. Sorry, but Lee has lost my respect so time to try these. First, I notice the denim is heavier and that is very good. Second, the weave is kind of special. It reminds me of the early 70's Sedgefield denim weave. It's plain tougher while being more flexible making break-in a breeze. Love the rivets. I'll get back to you when this pair's right-hand back pocket fails like the Lees (don't hold your breath cause I think that would be never). The fit is what I'd expected. The waist isn't oversized so it's snug, but the seat is quite ample and the fly is taller than most in keeping with the ample room in the butt, etc. The length was as ordered, not shorted or elongated, spot-on. Finally, I ordered these in khaki and I love the color and get compliments on them. I can not say about that cute company somewhere out of Duluth that likens their denim to a hose, but this is all and more any man needs and it is priced more than fair. I am now officially sold on Wrangler Pro Rodeo Association jeans.
