Fine Discus
Originally, I was going to give this item four stars, but honestly the only fault I can even pretend to find with this discus is its semi-low rim weight, which I knew about before purchasing it. This is a great buy for anybody who needs a practice or competition discus and is not yet ready for the higher rim weights, and also just a solid discus at a great price.

Great discus
This is a great discus and I love using it I thought it would some cheap not great discus but it works great and feels great in my hand when I throw. I don’t know if it would be allowed in a meet but it’s great for training.

Good discus for the money
The weight was on point. Marginally heavier - that’s what you want. This is not a high tech competition discus but you could throw this in a meet and do fine. Especially if you throw less than 50m.

Rust
Delivered early but rust or corrosion on it.

Paint is a simple powder coat and chips easily leading to an abrasive surface for the finger
Disc showed up with a painted rim even though it was advertised as a steel rim. Paint is a simple powder coat and chips easily leading to an abrasive surface for the finger. As a result I have gotten paint slivers trying to practice with the disc. For the price the construction is good and after sanding off the paint it is a fine practice disc.

Durable, Balanced Discus
This discus has a good weight distribution and glides really well, even with my horrible technique. I'm very glad I chose this one. It's smooth on the release where I'd read the rubber ones were difficult to get that nice squeeze at the end of the cast. It's my first discus, and for a beginner, I'd highly recommend it. Someone more advanced might not like it. I don't know, just too ignorant to tell a good discus from a bad one. All I know is I love it and throw it two or three days per week.

Great disc at a great price
This is a fantastic training/practice discus. You probably could compete with it if you wanted. Good feel in the hand and flies very well. I wouldn't throw it on anything other than turf or a lush grass field. It is wood after all and rocks will chip it up. Wood portion is lacquered to protect from moisture, dirt etc. Great buy!

and it is great! I would recommend to anyone
Purchased this disc with intend to begin practicing for College Track and Field, and it is great! I would recommend to anyone. I normally would not use a wooden disc as I prefer the aluminum ones, but this works just fine for the price being paid.
