Can you buy the ink pen separately? Many reviews stated that the pen dried out before the book was done and pens tend to get lost at our house.

No, you can not buy the pen separately.

Do color wonder markers (by Crayola) work on this book?

I don't think so. I think the marker that comes with it, is specific for this.

Where can additional markers be purchased? I can’t find any on amazon

You may be able to find some at a craft store like A.C.Moore, or an office supply store like Staples. Hope this helps !

Can you re-use the pages or is this a once and done deal?

Once and done. It is like a coloring book but you use the special pen instead of crayons. Once the page is colored it stays colored.
