I was very happy with the end result. A bit fiddly but soon got the hang of placing the blade. Will save me money in the end. Good product.

I have only tried it once but it seems to work - could be very useful in the long term.

Used it for the first time and although I didn't hold out much hope that it would work I am very happy to say that it does. I used it on the 45cm blade, the magnet prevents fingers touching the sharp ends and it can also be used for a smaller blade too. A handy tool for the rotary cutter user.

Need i say anything further it does what it is supposed to do and does it very well. Definitely extends the life of what could be expensive rotary blades. No point in buying cheep blades, just sharpen good quality ones.

This does work, but takes time and has limited results. I've tried to sharpen blunt blades, and tried it on a relatively new blade. Initially it seemed to make no real difference, and for sharper blades made them worse. Looking at it closely with the blade mounted in, it seems that the small sharpening nubbins aren't sitting at the correct angle for my blades (Driffy). They made poor contact, unless I squeezed very hard, at which point pushing it required os much force that the rubber started to shred (and my hand started to hurt). While I could see then that they were removing material from the blade, it still didn't seem to sharpen them. If anything the opposite. I had better luck only squeezing very gently. It took a very long time. I suspect this is designed for a different edge angle than the blades I have, and thus it had to remove enough material to completely regrind the edge. I would say the blades are never as sharp as they were originally. Possibly due to the different angle. I have to push down. bit harder than with a new blade. But it does seem to give them a bit of life back.

I was very pleased to receive this item before it was expected. With the price of rotary blades locally, I was very pleased to find this affordable item on Amazon. It will pay for itself quickly by not requiring me to purchase new blades at approximately $10 each.

This blade sharpener works like a charm! It works on my Olfa blades and keeps them sharp. One word of advice - don’t let your blade get very dull before you sharpen it. After a long cutting session, I go ahead and sharpen my blade, and it is super sharp for the next cutting session. I love this product! It is easy to use, and saves me money.
